Hi guys, I know most of you will probably scroll right past this, probably wont take the time to read it, but could you please at least re-blog it?
My name is Christina and my dad pictured above with me and also my mom, both of these photos were taken a year and a half prior to his death. My dad was honestly the light of my life. He understood everything about me and the two of us kept nothing from each other, my dad helped me through everything in my life and he was honestly the only person I could ever trust. My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer when I was 7 he was in the hospital for about 3 months undergoing radiation therapy and I was in and out of other peoples houses along with my brother. I was diagnosed with both depression, social and separation anxiety. My dad had eventually beaten the cancer and was free and able to return to work. He helped me through science projects, he played sports with me no matter how much is physically hurt him because he wanted me to know how much he loved me.
Januray 13th, my dad’s pancreatic cancer came back, they tried chemotherapy and other medications but it didn’t work. My dad died at the age of 51 on March 24th when I was 14 years old. I’m not going to keep dragging this on forever, and I’m not forcing you to donate money to this, but my brother is doing Relay for Life down on his college campus and he needs to raise money for this wonderful cause, it would be FANTASTIC, if you could donate a minimum of 10 dollars towards cancer research, for those who have a loved one going through this, or a friend, if you need anything, I will always be here to talk to you, I wont judge you or compare stories, my ask box is always open.
Here is the website to donate: http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?fr_id=48294&pg=personal&px=14269004
Here is where you can reach me: jinxxinthebox.tumblr.com/ask OR sold-our-sould.tumblr.com/ask If you want to talk off of tumblr, message me and I’ll give you my facebook.
Please at least signal boost, if not to donate, but to the people who are in need of someone to talk to.
Thank you guys so much,
